2. Payment: Payment for the cab service must be made in advance as per the agreed pricing and payment terms.
3. Travel Itinerary: Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details including pickup/drop-off locations, dates, and times. Any changes or modifications to the itinerary should be communicated in advance.
4. Passengers' Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their behavior during the journey and any damage caused to the cab or its contents. Any additional charges incurred due to passenger actions or requests will be borne by the passenger.
5. Force Majeure: INIYA CAB shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, riots, or other events beyond our control.
