1. Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellations made by customers must be communicated to INIYA CAB at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. No-Show: If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
